TRAINING PROGRAMS

How We Train:

Training Philosophy:

The Hands Team is a receiver-focused training program implemented in four phases throughout the year. We use a progression-based training model to meet the athlete where they are, build a strong foundation, and layer on new skills. Our program is designed for athletes to take a consistent approach to their development by training in 3-8 week intervals. This approach has been proven to build complete receivers who are prepared for the demands of a full season.

Group Size:

All sessions are small group sessions. Slots are granted on a first come first serve basis. Indoor group sessions are limited to 6 athletes while outdoor sessions are limited to 12 athletes.

Team or Large Group Training:

Team training is available for teams and organizations looking to outsource offensive skill development. Team training programs are designed to support the team's offensive identity and route tree, and are closed to the public. Inquire for rates and group size requirements.
